Greek Yogurt Tzatziki with Pita & Veggies

A light, refreshing dip rich in protein and probiotics, perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients (serves 3–4):
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (strained, full fat or low fat)
- 1 cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or mint as an alternative)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- To serve: whole grain pita bread, carrot sticks, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and dill.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with warm pita and fresh veggies for dipping.
