Greek Yogurt Tzatziki with Pita & Veggies

A light, refreshing dip rich in protein and probiotics, perfect as a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients (serves 3–4):

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (strained, full fat or low fat)
  • 1 cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or mint as an alternative)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • To serve: whole grain pita bread, carrot sticks, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and dill.
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve with warm pita and fresh veggies for dipping.
